With Flexible Cancellation, you can cancel for any reason.
You can cancel your trip no later than 7 days before departure but no earlier than 30 days before departure and get your money back.
”Whatever the reason” includes e.g. to:
- You simply do not feel like traveling.
- The weather at home is great.
- You do not get a holiday.
- Your dog sitter is fully booked.
- You are invited to the dream party.
- You or someone you intended to travel with becomes ill (no medical certificate is required).
This is how easy it is to cancel with Flexible Cancellation:
- Go to ”Your booking” (“Minun varaukseni”) and click on ”cancel”, once.
- The total price of the trip is refunded, minus the fee for Flexible Cancellation and a deductible of 10% of the total price of the trip. If you have paid for your trip with vouchers, the corresponding amount will be returned to your credit.
- Done!
Terms & conditions:
- Flexible cancellation must be signed and purchased when booking the trip and cannot be booked or added afterwards.
- Flexible cancellation must be signed by all persons on one and the same booking (does not apply to children under the age of two on the day of return).
- It is not possible to cancel part of the trip. The entire booking, including all components, for all persons, must be canceled. If parts of the party want to complete the trip, a new booking must be made according to current prices.
- The cancellation must be made on ”Your booking” (“Minun varaukseni”) on our website at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure time and no earlier than 30 days before departure. If canceled less than 7 calendar days before departure, normal cancellation policies apply.
- In case of cancellation, a deductible of 10% is charged. This is calculated on the entire price of the trip, including the fee for Flexible Cancellation.
- Booking refers to all persons and all components with a common booking number.
Flexible cancellation is offered on most package trips and is stated during the booking.
